Sarah Marshall started Marshall's Haute Sauce in 2011 with a mission of sourcing directly from local farmers and making everything by hand. She wrote the canning/cookbook "Preservation Pantry" (currently available on Kindle.) She's developed recipes for companies like Jacobsen Salt and The Reluctant Trading Company. She also is co-host of "The Meaningful Marketplace", a weekly podcast about food entrepreneurs.
