The film is based on the life of William S. Burroughs as well as his book Naked Lunch. It is written and directed by David Cronenberg. The film deals heavily with people's addictions but in a way that is unique (that's an understatement!) Wonderfully acted by Peter Weller, Judy Davis, Ian Holm, and Julian Sands. Featuring a wonderful score by Howard Shore. Naked Lunch is a film unlike any other.
